- 2 tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Clean, dry jar
- Self-adhesive label and magic markers
