What You Need:

  • 1 red punch ball balloon
  • 3 green balloons
  • Adhesive dots
  • Construction paper in yellow, green and blue
  • Glue stick
  • Floral wire
  • Aluminum foil, craft foam and sequins
  • 2 plastic balloon sticks
