Friends University

Friends University is a small four-year university in Wichita, KS. The school is on the semester calendar system and is a Master's College with larger sized programs. There are 2,400 undergraduate students and 950 graduate students at Friends University. The freshman class has 206 students. Students attend full-time. It is a selective institution with a low transfer-in rate; 61% of students who apply to Friends University are admitted and 48% of those admitted students attend the school. The school has its own library and participates in Title IV federal financial aid programs for those who qualify. Friends University is in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conf.

Most students attend for four or more years and there is a high undergraduate student population. Most undergraduates study professions or the arts and sciences. There is some graduate student coexistence with the undergraduates. Friends University's President is Dr. Biff Green. more
