Hood College

Hood College is a small four-year university in the small city of Frederick, MD. The school is on the semester calendar system and is a Master's College with medium-sized programs. There are 1,568 undergraduate students and 1,335 graduate students at Hood College. The freshman class has 327 students. Students attend full-time. It is a selective institution with a high transfer-in rate; 86% of students who apply to Hood College are admitted and 26% of those admitted students attend the school. The school has its own library and participates in Title IV federal financial aid programs for those who qualify.
