Lamar University

Lamar University is a medium sized four-year university in the midsized city of Beaumont, TX. The school is on the semester calendar system and is a Master's College with larger sized programs. There are 10,857 undergraduate students and 7,518 graduate students at Lamar University. The freshman class has 1,454 students. Students attend part and full-time. There is an admittance rate of 47% to Lamar University and 51% of those admitted students attend the school.
