Mount Marty College

Mount Marty College is a very small four-year university in the remote town of Yankton, SD. The school is on the semester calendar system and is a Master's College with large-sized programs. There are 1,386 undergraduate students and 133 graduate students at Mount Marty College. The freshman class has 142 students. Students attend part and full-time. It is a selective institution with a high transfer-in rate; 65% of students who apply to Mount Marty College are admitted and 60% of those admitted students attend the school. The school has its own library and participates in Title IV federal financial aid programs for those who qualify.

Most students attend for four or more years and there is a very high undergraduate student population. Most undergraduates study professions or the arts and sciences. There is some graduate student coexistence with the undergraduates. Mount Marty College's Intrim President is Dr. Carrol Krause. more
