University of Florida

University of Florida is a large four-year university in the midsized city of Gainesville, FL. The school is on the semester calendar system and is a research university with very high research activity. There are 37,656 undergraduate students and 25,910 graduate students at University of Florida. The freshman class has 6,381 students. Students attend full-time. It is a very selective institution with a high transfer-in rate; 43% of students who apply to University of Florida are admitted and 56% of those admitted students attend the school.
