It's very commendable that you want to save money, have you really spoken to your mother about your plans? And yes, there are jobs for kids your age... My son is 13 and has been working for a year now, as a ref for soccer, he refs little kids and gets between $18 to $25 per game, he makes around $300 each season, Spring and Fall. look into that, if you're into soccer, or whichever sport you may like. And you can clear driveways in the Winter, or rake leaves in the Fall, just find something you can do and go for it! Once she sees you're really serious about saving your money, your mother may start thinking differently and decide to help you out.
