Physical Fitness among teenagers
During this times because of technology, teenagers are more involved in virtual games rather than physical sports and activities. This affects the Physical competency of teenagers now compared to the previous age. Their is a big factor if you are involved in physical activities. Makes your stamina long, mascular and cardiovascular endurance are enhanced and lifespan is extended.Regardless of age, we all do better with a daily dose of physical activity. For kids, it improves, sleep, grades, appetite, and general personality. However, it does that for us as adults too!

Being Physically fit do not only benefits the physical but also the emotional and mental aspect. Sports or other physical activities helps the body to prevent the vulnerability from illnesses.
