Oh I remember the days of science projects. One of my favorites was when we had to make an electrical board. We made a box and had questions on one side and answers on the other. A light was in the middle and it lit up if you got the correct answer. That was a lot of fun. Definitely check our articles, but if they don't help, I found this site from the state of California that will help you too

I won a science fair once with a project called Aples to Oranges.  I compared apples and oranges scientifically.  I took various measurements, tested acidity, compared ideal growing conditions and growth cycles, etc.
