Child Development Services (CDS)

Child Development Services (CDS), authorized under the Department of Education, is responsible for overseeing adherence to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). CDC serves young children between the ages of 0 and 5 who have been diagnosed with physical, occupational, education, speed and language, development, and/or social/emotional disability. The organization is located across the United States by region and offers service delivery for children meeting the criteria previously listed.
