- Continuous Improvement Monitoring System (CIMS)
- Process mandated by IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Improvement Act) in which states conduct self assessments of their compliance with the law. States must provide data on indicators that show how well they are doing in meeting each goal. Many indicators are based on state reported data.
