- Evaluation Team Chairperson
- Team member in charge of coordinating all aspects of Evaluation Team, including conducting team meeting, supplying all required forms and materials, and helping to select and notify any specialists who may need to attend future meetings. Generally makes sure that parents understand the process and have all their questions answered.
