Inclusion

Inclusion is an instructional methodology based on educating children with disabilities and without disabilities in the same classroom environment. Often called "full inclusion", this practice is encouraged by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) by the provision that disabled children should be educated in the "least restrictive environment" possible; therefore, if a disabled child can effectively learn in a regular classroom environment, he or she should study there.
