Measurement Yardsticks (Processes, Instruments)

Measurement Yardsticks are instruments and processes used to measure and assess ability, skill, knowledge, and/or aptitude. Common measurement yardsticks are tests, prepared portfolios, rubrics, and performance checklists. These yardsticks each have their advantages and disadvantages in accurately capturing the tested area.
