- Performance Assessment
- A performance assessment is a method used to help measure the extent of a student's academic accomplishments, strengths, and weaknesses. Common forms of assessments include tests, portfolios, and projects. For example, a teacher would use a final exam as a performance assessment to measure his or her students' academic achievement in the material that was taught.
