Prepare frozen meatballs according to package directions. Then combine the meatballs, soup, milk, and nutmeg in a large saucepan. Heat until the pot boils, stirring occasionally, then turn to low. Simmer for 15 minutes, covered.
While it simmers, cook the egg noodles. Drain and place on plates or in bowls.
Stir the sour cream into the pot with the meatballs. Cover and heat for about 3 minutes. Then spoon onto the noodles and serve!
