All Your Animals

This little game offers different versions of game play, so at just over $6, you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. Cheery animal tiles and a chunky wooden die will set your child up to play these three games: “Little Animal Memory”, a memory game that asks kids to match animals on the die with those on the cards; “Big Animal Memory”, where players scramble to collect the most cards; and “Animal to Animal”, which challenges kids to use lightening-fast observation skills. The small game box is great for traveling, and offers a lot of practice in key kindergarten readiness skills such as memory, matching, observation, and taking turns. (Haba, $6.29)
