Billy Jonas is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and self-proclaimed industrial re-percussionist (someone who plays instruments made from found objects.) His latest CD is ingenious, infectious, and just plain delicious music for kids and adults to share together. The 18 songs feature Jonas' trademark re-percussionist drum set, wonderful found instruments such as rubber bands and apple cider jugs, plus marimba's, banjos, accordions and tubas. This funky folk music manages to work in a wide range of positive messages—from the importance of brushing your teeth to the value of mistakes—and inspires children to find joy in music, wherever it's found!
