Racers Monster Jumper

If you've got a LEGO kid, you know that very little can trump the excitement of opening a box of fresh pieces and building like mad. Unfortunately, sometimes the final creations can be a little too delicate for real play. Well, get ready for the monster jumper! Kids can build it in about twenty minutes, engage the motor with some pull-back action, and let it fly! Whether they turn it loose on the included ramp, or wham it against kitchen cabinets, this toy can take some heat. Like all LEGO, this toy teaches kids to think spatially and follow a set of visual directions, but this guy is sturdy enough for racing. A fun way to work visual-spatial thinking. Crash-tastic! (LEGO, $17.69)
