Contact us by email at support AT education DOT com. We do our best to respond to emails within 24 to 48 hours.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards. We also accept purchase orders by fax from U.S. educational institutions. See Can I pay with a purchase order? for details.

How am I billed for the Annual Plans? Am I charged monthly or all at once?

When purchasing the PLUS Annual Plans, you are charged for the full year at the time of your order.

I received an error while trying to make a purchase. What should I do?

Usually this happens when there is a problem with the payment information in your order. Try entering your credit card information again, then re-submit your order. If you still receive an error, try using a different credit card. If you continue to receive an error, please contact us at support AT education DOT com.

I don't want to pay online. Can I pay by phone?

We only accept online orders and purchase orders by fax at this time. Please see Can I pay with a purchase order? for purchase order details.

Can I pay with a purchase order?

Yes, we accept purchase orders by fax from U.S. educational institutions. If you are a teacher and would like to pay by purchase order, please contact us at support AT education DOT com for instructions on how to complete your order.

Do you offer a discount for teachers?

We do not currently offer a discount for teachers.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on purchases of Education.com PLUS subscriptions or Printable Workbooks.

How do I update my payment information or change my payment method?

You can update your payment information from Purchases in your profile. Under Active Subscriptions, click on your PLUS subscription to view details about your subscription. Your billing information is listed on the right side of this page. Click "edit" to update your information.

How do I print a receipt of my purchase?

For PLUS subscriptions, you can print a receipt from the confirmation page we send you to after completing your purchase.

You can also print a receipt for any purchase from Purchases in your profile at any time. You'll see all your purchases listed under Payment History. To view and print a receipt, click on the View Details link next to the purchase you're interested in.

Will my PLUS subscription auto-renew?

When you sign up for Education.com PLUS, your subscription is set to automatically renew using the billing information you provided. We auto-renew all Education.com PLUS subscriptions so that you don't need to make an additional purchase when your subscription runs out.

If you are subscribed to the Annual Plan, we'll send you an email when your subscription is approaching the renewal date.

If you are subscribed to the Monthly Plan, you'll be automatically billed on your renewal date each month. You will not be notified each time your subscription is up for renewal.

How do I turn off auto-renewal on my subscription?

You can turn off auto-renewal from the Subscription Details page in your profile. To get there, go to Purchases in your profile. Under Active Subscriptions, click on your PLUS subscription. You'll see a link to cancel auto-renewal on the right side of the page.

If you decide to continue your PLUS subscription after turning auto-renewal off, you can do so by completing a new purchase.

What do I get with Education.com PLUS?

PLUS members get more access to our thousands of worksheets, workbooks, activities, and our worksheet generator. Plus silver members get 20 worksheet downloads per month, 2 workbooks per month and 4 custom worksheets per month.
Gold members get unlimited worksheets, unlimited workbooks, unlimited activity books and unlimited custom worksheets. Platinum members get unlimited worksheets, unlimited workbooks, unlimited activity books and custom worksheets, as well as access to educational games. You can sign up here.

Do you offer group or school memberships?

We offer discounted group pricing for teachers. If you are a school or district interested in purchasing PLUS for your teachers, please contact us at support AT education DOT com.

I'm an Education.com PLUS member, but I've forgotten my member name or password. What should I do?

From the log in window, click "Forgot your password?" You'll be asked to enter the email address you signed up with. We'll email you a temporary password that you can use to log in to your account and reset your password.

If you can't remember your email address, please contact our customer support team at support AT education DOT com.

I purchased a PLUS subscription, but I can't download workbooks for free or use the Download All feature. What do I do?

First, make sure you're logged into Education.com using the email address you used to purchase your PLUS subscription. You have to be logged in to your Education.com account in order to use any PLUS features.

If you are logged in but still can't download workbooks or use the Download All feature, try logging out and logging in using a different email address. Sometimes users have multiple Education.com accounts. If you have multiple accounts, be sure to log in using the same email address you entered when you first subscribed to Education.com PLUS.

Can I access my PLUS account from both home and work?

Yes, you can access your Education.com PLUS membership from any computer. You'll just need your login information to access your account.

How do I find out when my subscription expires?

Please visit the Subscription Details page in your profile to review the details of your Education.com PLUS subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to Purchases in your profile and turn off auto-renewal on your PLUS subscription. Please go here for more detailed instructions. After you turn off auto-renewal, you'll continue to have access to your PLUS membership until your renewal date. Please note that we do not offer refunds on Education.com PLUS subscriptions.

If you believe you purchased your subscription in error, however, please contact us at support AT education DOT com.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

We don't currently offer gift subscriptions.

How many worksheets can I download each month?

With the PLUS silver plan, you can download 20 worksheets per month. With the PLUS gold and platnium plans, you can download an unlimited number of worksheets each month.

Basic members who signed up for a free Education.com account have access to 10 worksheets each month.

How many workbooks can I download each month?

With the PLUS silver plan, you can download 2 workbooks per month. With the PLUS gold and platnium plans, you can download an unlimited number of workbooks each month.

How many custom worksheets can I download?

With the PLUS silver plan, you can download 2 custom worksheets per month. With the PLUS gold and platnium plans, you can create and download an unlimited number of custom worksheets each month.

How do I create my own custom workbooks?

There are two ways to create your own workbooks.

If you'd like to include different types of content in your workbook, such as worksheets, activities, science fair projects, and articles, start by creating a collection. Click on the orange Collect It! button to add an item to your collection. Custom workbooks can contain up to 40 items, so keep this in mind while you add to your collection. Once you've finished adding items, go to Collections in your profile and click on the collection you'd like to make into a workbook. From this page, you can rearrange the order of the items in your collection, or edit the collection's title or description. Once you're ready to download it, click on Download this Collection at the top of the page. In the window that opens, click Create Booklet. Your workbook may take a few moments to assemble. Once it's ready, click View Booklet to open the workbook PDF in your browser. You can print the workbook now, or save it to your computer. If you close the window without saving a copy of the workbook to your computer, you'll need to go through the download process again in order to access it again.

If you'd like to create a workbook from worksheets only, you can use the pin feature to create a set of worksheets to download as a workbook. When you see a worksheet you'd like to add to your set, move your cursor over the worksheet image and click on the pin icon that appears in the lower right corner. Once you're finished pinning, click on the gray bar at the top of the page showing the worksheets you've pinned, and the bar will expand. Click on Download All to download your pinned worksheets as a workbook.

Can I download workbooks from only one grade or any grade?

PLUS members can download workbooks from any grade and subject.

How do I buy a Printable Workbook?

To purchase a Printable Workbook, visit our Printable Workbooks page and click "Buy Now" under the workbook you'd like to purchase.

Regarding workbooks, what does teacher-approved mean?

The material of each Printable Workbook available on Education.com was handpicked, curated and approved by a team of elementary school teachers.

How can I keep track of which workbooks I've already purchased or downloaded?

To view your workbook download history, please visit the Purchases page of your Education.com profile.

How many times can I download a workbook I've purchased?

You can download any workbook you've purchased as many times as you'd like. However, if you've downloaded workbooks using your Education.com PLUS subscription, you'll only have access to those workbooks while your subscription is active. If you have an expired subscription, you'll still be able to view your complete workbook download history, but you won't be able to download those workbooks.

Can I make copies of a workbook for all of my kids or students?

Parents can print out as many copies of a workbook as they like for their own kids, but may not share the workbook with anyone else. Similarly, teachers can print out as many copies as they need for their own students, but may not share the workbook with other teachers or individuals.

Can I preview the full contents of a workbook before I buy it?

While you can't preview the full contents of a workbook before purchasing it, you can view 4 sample workbook pages, as well as the workbook's description, skills practiced, and specifications (including its size and number of pages). To view details about any workbook, click on the workbook's title or thumbnail.

Can I purchase more than one workbook at a time?

If you are purchasing workbooks individually, you will only be able to buy them one at a time. However, with an Education.com PLUS subscription, you can download workbooks with the click of a button.

Printing in color is expensive. Do you offer black and white versions of your workbooks?

Our workbooks are only offered in full color, though some of them contain worksheets that are black and white. However, most printers can be set to print in grayscale. You can usually select grayscale or black and white printing from the Preferences or Properties window of the print dialog box, depending on the application you're using.

An error occurred while my workbook was downloading. How do I get my workbook?

Try downloading your workbook again by clicking on the Download button. If this doesn't work, contact us at support AT education DOT com. In your email, please include your Education.com member name and the name of the workbook you were in the process of downloading.

I got an error when I tried to open my workbook on my computer. What should I do?

You might have an outdated version of Adobe Reader. Go here to get the latest version. Once you've updated Adobe Reader, try opening your workbook again.

If updating Adobe Reader doesn't work, try downloading the workbook again.
