What methods of payment do you accept?

We use Amazon Payments because it's quick and convenient for our customers. All you have to do is log into your Amazon account (or create an Amazon account if you don't have one), then use one of the many payment methods that Amazon accepts. I don't have an Amazon account and I don't want to create one. Are there any other payment options?

No, currently we only accept payments made through Amazon. Amazon Payments are a convenient option for users who already have an Amazon account, and for those who don't creating one is quick and easy. For more information on Amazon Payments, visit payments.amazon.com.

I don't want to pay for a full year membership. Can I just sign up for one month?

No, we do not currently offer a monthly payment option. When you purchase an Education.com Plus membership, you are charged in full for your one or two-year subscription.

Amazon notified me that my payment failed. How do I update my payment information?

You can update the payment information on your subscription from your Amazon Payments account. You can do this easily by clicking on the link in the email you received from Amazon notifying you of the failed payment. Otherwise, go to Amazon Payments and log into your account. Click on "Your Subscriptions" under the Your Account tab. Click on the "Details" link next to your Education.com Plus subscription. At the bottom you'll see the payment method you used to pay for your subscription. To update your information, click on the Edit button.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on purchases of Education.com Plus subscriptions or Printable Workbooks.

How do I print a receipt of my purchase?

For Plus subscriptions, you can print a receipt from the confirmation page we send you to after completing your purchase.

You can also print a receipt for any purchase from the Purchases section of your profile at any time. You'll see all your purchases listed under Payment History. To view and print a receipt, click on the View Details link next to the purchase you're interested in.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

We don't currently offer gift subscriptions, but stay tuned! We are planning to offer gift subscriptions soon.

What is the Education.com Plus membership?

The Education.com Plus membership is a way for our members to get more out of their Education.com experience. The membership includes unlimited access to workbooks, access to your workbook download history to help you stay organized, and an exclusive monthly newsletter with bonus printables.

How do I become a Plus member?

To join Education.com Plus, please fill out this short form.

Do you offer group memberships?

Education.com Plus memberships are currently offered for individuals only.

I'm an Education.com Plus member, but I've forgotten my member name or password. What should I do?

From the log in window, click "Forgot your password?" You'll be asked to enter the email address you signed up with. We'll email you a temporary password that you can use to log in to your account and reset your password.

If you can't remember your email address, please contact our customer support team at support AT education DOT com.

Why is my Education.com Plus subscription status pending?

Education.com Plus subscriptions are placed in pending status when we hear from Amazon that there was a problem with the transaction and payment was not completed successfully. For more information on your purchase, please visit Amazon Payments and log in to your account.

Once we receive your payment from Amazon, your subscription status will change to Active and you'll be able to access your new Plus member account and the benefits it offers.

Can I access my Plus account from both home and work?

Yes, you can access your Education.com Plus membership from any computer. You'll just need your login information to access your account.

What is auto-renewal?

Auto-renewal means that we will use your Amazon payment information to automatically renew your Education.com Plus membership one or two years from the date of purchase (depending on whether you've purchased a one or two-year subscription). We auto-renew all Education.com Plus subscriptions so that you don't need to make an additional purchase when your subscription runs out.

Auto-renewal is active on my account. Will you notify me before charging me for the next year?

Before auto-renewing your account, we'll send you an email to let you know. At that point, you'll have the chance to cancel your account if you'd like to do so.

How do I cancel auto-renewal on my account?

You can turn off auto-renewal of your account from the Subscription Details page in your profile. To get there, go to your profile and click on the Purchases section. Click on the "View subscription details" link under your Subscription status near the top of the page. You'll see a link to cancel auto-renewal on the left side of the page.

How do I find out when my membership expires?

Please visit the Subscription Details page in your profile to review the details of your Education.com Plus membership.

I don't want to be a Plus member anymore. How do I cancel my subscription?

We do not offer refunds on Education.com Plus subscriptions. If you'd like to cancel auto-renewal on your account, you can do so from the Purchases section of your Education.com profile. Please go here for more detailed instructions.

How do I buy a Printable Workbook?

To purchase a Printable Workbook, visit our Printable Workbooks page and click "Buy Now" under the workbook you'd like to purchase.

What does teacher-approved mean?

The contents of each Printable Workbook available on Education.com were handpicked, curated and approved by a team of elementary school teachers.

How can I keep track of which workbooks I've already purchased or downloaded?

To view your workbook download history, please visit the Purchases page of your Education.com profile.

How many times can I download a workbook I've purchased?

You can download any workbook you've purchased as many times as you'd like. However, if you've downloaded workbooks using your Education.com Plus subscription, you'll only have access to those workbooks while your subscription is active. If you have an expired subscription, you'll still be able to view your complete workbook download history, but you won't be able to download those workbooks.

Can I preview the full contents of a workbook before I buy it?

While you cannot preview the full contents of a workbook before purchasing it, you can view 4 sample workbook pages, as well as the workbook's description, skills practiced, and specifications (including its size and number of pages). To view details about any workbook, click on the workbook's title or thumbnail.

Can I purchase more than one workbook at a time?

If you are purchasing workbooks individually, you will not be able to buy more than one at a time. However, with an Education.com Plus membership, you'll be able to download as many workbooks as you'd like quickly and easily.

Printing in color is expensive. Do you offer black and white versions of your workbooks?

Our workbooks are only offered in full color, though some of them contain worksheets that are black and white. However, most printers can be set to print in grayscale. You can usually select grayscale or black and white printing from the Preferences or Properties window of the print dialog box, depending on the application you're using.

An error occurred while my workbook was downloading. How do I get my workbook?

Try downloading your workbook again by clicking on the Download button. If this doesn't work, contact us at support AT education DOT com. In your email, please include your Education.com member name and the name of the workbook you were in the process of downloading.

I got an error when I tried to open my workbook on my computer. What should I do?

You might have an outdated version of Adobe Reader. Go here to get the latest version. Once you've updated Adobe Reader, try opening your workbook again.

If updating Adobe Reader doesn't work, try downloading the workbook again.

If you are still experiencing problems, contact us at support AT education DOT com. In your email, please provide your Education.com member name and as many details about the problem you're experiencing as you can.

How do I sign up for the Plus newsletter?

When you purchase an Education.com Plus subscription, you'll have the option to sign up for the Plus newsletter. You can also subscribe at any time by going to the Newsletters section of your profile.

How do I unsubscribe from the Plus newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can either click the link at the bottom of the newsletter that says "Unsubscribe" or you can change your newsletter subscription settings here.
