    Here's a wacky recipe that goes well with a reading of Dr. Suess' Green Eggs and Ham. It's hard to believe, but the Green Juice leaves no discernable taste, only a terrific green color - not to mention some extra vitamins! (Ham strictly optional). Makes 2 small servings Ingredients: Butter for pan 2 large eggs 1/4 cup Green Juice (see Make-Ahead Recipe below) 2 soft flour tortillas (preferably whole wheat) 2 slices American cheese (optional) Salt Melt butter in small nonstick skillet over medium heat.
