A few words about me...

Richard E. Guerry, Jr. co-founded the Institute for Responsible Online and Cell-Phone Communication in 2009 and now serves as the Institute’s Executive Director, CEO and President.

Richard created the “Sexting Is Stupid” pilot program after receiving a request for information through his company Cruisin’ With Kids, LLC. Richard coupled his knowledge of the digital universe and growing trends in the online world, with his experience in the juvenile safety arena to develop this acclaimed Program. Richard termed the phrase “Digital Responsibility 2.1C” to describe a new way of thinking and social behavior to mitigate the negative unintended consequences resulting from irresponsible online and cell-phone activities.
