A few words about me...

I'm the Vice President of Engineering at education.com which means that my team & I built this website.  It's a blast!  In the past I have earned a PhD in Computer Science, worked at a research institute at NASA for most of a decade, developed software and systems for scientific visualization and 3D graphics & animation, and managed teams at start-up companies in Silicon Valley, California.  My wife & I share over 60 "parenting years" raising four kids who are currently tween through late-teen.
