A few words about me...

I enjoy socializing, learning and making a meaningful difference -- as mother, wife, family member, friend, communications professional, community participant and citizen of the world.



I've been a fan of Education.com since Spring 2008. At that time, I was searching the web for a science fair project for my daughter, and discovered the extensive collection here: http://www.education.com/science-fair/. Our daughter won a first place award in that science fair, and I became community manager at Education.com in February 2009. I'm no longer in that role (no longer work for Education.com), but remain an avid fan of the site and active member of the community.
