A few words about me...
I have worked in the education field for five years, as a first grade teacher, reading specialist, and tutor for students with learning differences. Although I spent a long time on the East coast at Williams College earning my undergraduate degree and Tufts University earning my Masters in Child Development, I now love living in California in the sunshine!
My main interests in education are in literacy and individual learning styles and differences. I hope to be a useful resource to parents and other educators in making research based knowledge on child development accessible. I love working with kids of all ages and hope to share this enthusiasm with the Education.com community!
