A few words about me...

I am a movement specialist and therapist working in the San Francisco bay area with children and adults in small group lessons and private sessions.  I directed the Movement Education program for San Francisco Waldorf School and Waldorf High School for 15 years, and now mentor teachers and schools about Healthy Movement for Young Children.  In September, 2007, I will lead a movement workshop for parents at the Whole Parent, Whole Family Conference near Sacramento, CA.  Please visit my website at www.sfmovement.com for more information about Healthy Movement classes, workshops, privates and articles.
