My 3 year old son has NEVER had a solid bowel movement. Is this normal?

What comes out depends on what goes in. If he is eating a soft diet with lots of juice etc...he will have soft stools. Solid stools are formed by fat and fiber in the diet which many three year olds don't consume. Take a look at his diet and discuss this with your pediatrician.

My son just turned 3 in october of 2011 and his is not like that but i guess it depends on what and how u feed him but it cant really be normal or healthy for anyone i would look into his diet has to be something you are feeding him
