My fifth grade daughter Chyssanthuthum is having trouble in math, and her teacher mr.hobsin is not helping her, i tryed to talk to him over the phone, and when it is time for paret teacher meeting he just says hes not worried about chyssamthuthum and he doesnt need to see her, is her allowed to do that?

request another parent/teacher meeting and insist--then if he blows you off go the the principal or superintendent.
