this was given by the local health department all the could say is "Im sorry, this was definately a medication error

Dear Lazap:

Don't worry.  The mist for H1N1 is approved for two years old and up. I would speak with your granddaughter's pediatrician to ask about her risk of her receiving it so young. Most vaccines have a "test group" and are approved based on the success of that age group.  We really don't know if younger than two will be successful. Ask her doctor.
