Need Advocate for 5th grade autistic child.

We would like to know where to go to get information regarding our son's "rights" and/or services allowed/required from the school. It appears that the IEP is not being followed, they now have 2 part-time para teachers for him instead of one (he is autistic) and he is not adjusting to the daily change of para teachers, they are not assisting, communicating with eachother or us, have refused his request for breaks to calm down and appear to be setting him up for explosions!? We have requested that we get his school work a week in advance to assist him, prepare him, get him ready for new/change information and learning material and they have refused.  He has always been a B/C student and is now flunking this year. Further it does not appear the teacher is making the required accommodations, adaptions, etc. . . i.e., requiring answers to written questions be in full sentences or fails him, etc. . . is there an advocacy group, person etc. . . near Saranac Michigan?
