Katharinaeve asks:

Does changing from the NSW system to the Victorian system in Australia at the start of Yr 11 give you a disadvantage?

I'm worried that I will not be up to date with the material learnt at a Victorian school, or that I will have studied different topics so that I am lacking in background information in certain subjects. I have good marks in NSW, I just don't want to play catch up or have holes in my knowledge.
Also, I am thinking of doing the IB so will the NSW system at a non-IB school (my old school) prepare me enough? I would like to do pretty well and again, I am worried about the quantity and quality of my knowledge.
