 Can a child with Aspergers who cannot read and has behavorial problems be home schooled?

This child is in the 5th grade and still cannot and will not read.  He does not follow direction and has become violent with teachers and his vice principle...he has never been given a proper diagnoses..only through school system..what is the criteria for getting a child home schooled?

Yes...He can be home schooled but you can find a teacher who is kind and understand his problems and let him watch every child is special so he could understand what to do with his life...This movie is 2 hours please understand his problem...
