I get in to a lot of fights with my mum. I started to cut two years ago. three weeks ago i went on camp and when i got home one of the knifes in my room was gone.
i think my mum has found out.
what do i do?
Look at this as an opportunity to be open and honest with your mom about what's going on in your life.
Talk with her about why you are self harming. Also look other ways that you can deal with your emotions without having to self harm.
