Just a mom, but could the older ones read books to the younger?
My daughter loves it when the "big" kids come into her Preschool room to read to them.

The activities that can keep you kids busy are like paper bag puppet is simple way of making the paper bag into a puppet which is a creativity for the kids, playing any sports game like basket ball, foot ball,  playing with pillow, puzzle games, playing with water balloons, paintings, crafts, or any coloring pages.

Because most of the kids will be attracted towards the color activities. My kids love doing the paintings, crafts and coloring pages. For these activities is go online and collect few of them and make my kid engage in doing this.

Here is slideshare of daycare activites http://www.slideshare.net/risenshinekids/fun-activities-for-daycare-kids

I have downloaded butterfly coloring pages as my LO would love the butterfly. Once he done with the coloring i make the frame of that and keep it in his room.
