I don't think there's a general answer to your question.  If there was a specific number, say, 7, then someone abusing the system would simply skip six Fridays at most.

It is going to depend on the pattern of absences, the student's history, aand case load of the truant officer, and several other factors.

Nevertheless, it is pointless to try to "game" the system and to stay just under the radar.  The only one being hurt is the student.
