Our PTA is starting a teacher appreciation committee and we have some good ideas, but I would like to see if anyone has any ideas other than some baked goods and catered meals during conferences. We are considering a Classroom Superheroes award which could be nominated by peers or students for outstanding teachers and paraprofessionalls. This would teach our children that they have a say in how their teachers are rewarded and that they should show gratitude to them. All ideas are welcomed!
