First of all congratulations on wanting to go to school - it's a hard and really great thing.
- You can go to a high school or junior high near you and ask to speak with a counselor. They're there to help students and they'll be able to talk with you about what tests to take in order to find out what grade you should start in.
- You can go to an adult you trust and talk with them about taking the same sort of tests. That will help you get on the track to start school.
- In the meantime there are resources online to help with reading and math.
Don"t know what the problem is but your parents should
be taking you to school. If you have missed lot of school and feel you would be behind the other kids in the class you are to go into. go to the school counselor and tell them your situation. they will probably test you to see where you need to be and will help you obtain
the lessons to help you. they might even get a tutor for you for after school. don't be afraid to go and ask, that is the only way to get where you need to be. god bless you for even wanting to get your education. It will be
a very important step in getting your Independence and
finding a job or go on to a trade school. good luck and I
will be praying for strength for you to continue what you know is best for you. don't give up I am sure the school will help you if you go in and explain your situation.
