Depending upon the set-up for your experiment, you could have a chart that has temperature on the Y-Axis (hotter temperatures going "up") and some indicator of mold on the X-Axis (e.g., number of mold spots). If you are doing the experiment over a certain number of days, for instance, you could have one chart with the above X and Y axis for Day 1, another chart with the same X and Y axis for Day 2, and so on.
