No, home schooled students are not eligible for school-sponsored extracurricular activities.

Seek out local organizations for extracurricular activities, such as Scouts, Upward Sports (usually sponsored by local churches), local arts groups, private lessons, 4-H, library-sponsored reading programs, and other such activities.

Also search for local home schooling organizations that may have resources that they can provide about local opportunities.
