What the Expert Says:

Dear Pinay:

to be a doctor or physician in the US, you attend college, four years of medical school and two to five years of residency in your field of medicine. Some universities have a six year college-medical program.  For nursing degrees it varies with the institution.  Physician assistants and advanced nurse practicioners also require different levels of training.  Ask your state board of licensing about what yor state requires or have your daughter speak with her guidance counselor.

That depends on what she is going take. She could either choose nursing, masters health administration, physical therapy and many more. Try searching the web for programs that would suit your daughter's educational needs.
