Q:
A member of my family has twins (aged 3) who were born 5 weeks premature. Both have behavioural problems. The older children are fine.
How can we teach the twins to respond to rules and to be less impulsive. They just run wild and run away (on to the road, into the sea..) whenever they are unrestrained. Rewards and punishment have no meaning to them.
