I have a PLUS membership but cannot access materials

I paid for the PLUS Annual Plan (Purchased: 10/12/13), but when I try to download worksheet sets or workbooks, I am prompted to sign up for PLUS or to pay per item.

I have written to twice during the last two weeks. No response.

Meanwhile, I am not able to supplement my teaching with this product I have paid for. Please help. I have followed the instructions on the FAQ but nothing has worked.
