Why are your questions hidden in a small rotating box?
A typical parent has a limited amount of time to review your site, not hours and hours.  This small rotating message box is a complete waste of a parents time.  Why don't you just list all the questions for a parent to view all at once so the reader can pick out the relevant questions to review on their own?
This looks like a deliberate attempt to hide content.
A website needs to be designed for ease of use.
