However, as I mentioned in my answer to a similar question you posted (http://www.education.com/question/7th-8th-grader-study-overseas/ ), your mom should be made aware of this goal of yours, and involved in any related activities, including researching programs online. The language program I linked above requires your parent's signature on applications to the program, as any legitimate program of this nature should require. You're also going to need a passport to leave your home country, and your parent would need to be involved in that process as well.

Good luck -- I hope you and your mom have a great time researching the possibilities and that you eventually achieve your goal to study abroad.
