i purchased a plus subscription for a year with unlimited access to workbooks & worksheets.  I purchased this in either August or September 2013.  I have had access until Jan 3, when I went to Education.com and was told I do not have a subscription.  Would you please check on this.  I paid the annual fee of 47.88.
