I'd go with beach themed, since the kids might be a little sugared up already after ice cream and probably don't need more sugar in their systems. As far as ideas for a beach themed goodie bag - sunglasses, paddle boards, hacky sacks, frisbees, water bottles, and water guns come to mind. Have fun!

*Lip balm (you might be able to find a flavor that matches the ice cream theme too, like chocolate sundae, vanilla or banana split, or the candy theme, like bubble gum flavor)
