URGENT-WHY IS MY CARD CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT?

Why have you debited my account for a new annual subscription?  I never authorized this transaction.  Please cancel my subscription with education.com.  I am not comfortable with a company just assuming they have the right to charge my card without my consent.
