Wondering this, how do you determine the Vit C content of food?

But first you need an hypothesis, which is a supposition or proposed explanation made on the basis of limited evidence. So, you might suppose that the longer the food is cooked, the less Vit C it would contain (which might be the case if heat destroys Vit C). This is only one possible hypothesis. Now the ball is in your court. I wouldn't want to deprive you of your education by doing the rest of it for you. Your teacher assigned this task so you might figure it out and learn how to conduct an experiment. Good luck.
