I would make an appointment to be seen by your pediatrician.  This could be many things, but your pediatrician or the local ED would be the place to sort it out.

Sometimes children sleep in akward positions that slow down blood circulation to legs, feet, hands and arms.  
 
If it feels like pins and needles to her and goes away after a couple of minutes, I wouldn't worry about it.  
 
If her leg is still weak or she still has problems standing, call the doctor immediately.
